TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and attendance at events organised by Fantasy Balls Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Event Admission
1.1 All tickets grant entry to the specified event, date, and time only.
1.2 Tickets are valid for one person unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Admission is subject to venue capacity limits and safety regulations.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
2. Age Restrictions
2.1 All events are strictly 18+.
2.2 Valid photo ID may be required for entry.
2.3 No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to provide valid ID.
3. Tickets and Pricing
3.1 Ticket prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to booking or processing fees.
3.2 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
3.4 Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties may be invalid.
4. Ticket Transfers
4.1 Tickets may be transferred to another individual.
4.2 To transfer a ticket, the original ticket holder must email events@fantasyballs.co.uk at least 48 hours before the event, providing:
• the original booking name
• the new attendee’s full name
4.3 Fantasy Balls Limited is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or late transfer requests.
4.4 Tickets transferred without notification may be refused entry.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
5.2 If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be offered either:
• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date
5.3 We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
6. Event Changes
6.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including but not limited to:
• performers
• schedule
• layout
• activities
6.2 Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
7. Dress Code
7.1 Our events encourage themed or fantasy attire appropriate to the event description.
7.2 Costumes must be safe, respectful, and suitable for an indoor public venue.
7.3 The following are not permitted:
• weapons (real or replica)
• sharp objects
• items that may cause injury or obstruction
• costumes that are offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe
7.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry or request removal of unsafe items.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
8.1 All attendees must treat guests, performers, and staff with respect.
8.2 Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or unwanted physical contact will not be tolerated.
8.3 Guests who fail to comply may be removed without refund.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
9.2 You must follow all venue rules, signage, and instructions from staff.
9.3 We are not liable for personal injury except where caused by our negligence.
10. Photography and Filming
10.1 Our events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
10.2 By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials unless you notify us in writing in advance.
10.3 Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise stated, but please respect the privacy of others.
11. Lost Property
11.1 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
11.2 Lost property may be handed to venue staff where applicable.
12. Accessibility
12.1 We aim to make our events as accessible as reasonably possible.
12.2 If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance at events@fantasyballs.co.uk.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
13.2 Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
14. Force Majeure
14.1 We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• extreme weather
• government restrictions
• venue closure
• acts of God
15. Data Protection
15.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15.2 We do not sell personal data to third parties.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
